But if something isn't quite perfect, no worries!
We offer refunds for any item that doesn't meet your expectations, or in the unlikely event that it might arrive broken.
Why?
Our customers satisfaction is primordial, while returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, as every return has an additional carbon footprint.
To be eligible for a full refund, please let us know within 3 days from receiving your order, and we'll handle the rest.
Send the an email to info@mgmaison.eu while making sure that you include the reason and attach a picture, of the item.
After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
